BnB ’t Ambacht - Boutique Hotel
A warm welcome to our beautiful and newly renovated BnB ‘t Ambacht. Located in a 100-year-old building, where the original bakery of Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht was located. The authentic, warm decoration brings back the history of the building.
The spacious rooms are equipped with a comfortable double box-spring bed, beautiful bathrooms with a rain shower and decorations from the original bakery.
Enjoy unlimited coffee, tea and authentic biscuits in the living room, where a delicious Dutch breakfast is also served in the morning. Start your day with an extensive breakfast with delicious freshly baked artisan bread and biscuits, served with a wide range of Dutch toppings.
The surroundings of the BnB offer various possibilities for excursions, such as the windmills of Kinderdijk, the nature of the Biesbosch or the nearby cities of Dordrecht, Rotterdam, Gouda and Delft, among others.

The BnB’s central location, between the A15 and A16 highway, makes it an ideal starting point for organising your city trips and tourist activities.
Dordrecht is only 15 minutes and Rotterdam 20 minutes by car. The world famous windmills of Kinderdijk are only 7 kilometers away and the National Park De Biesbosch 15 kilometers from the BnB.
Rent a bike?
There are many cycling routes in the area. The BnB is located at one of the junctions of the cycling network routes. Take a beautiful route along the Maas or Ijssel, cycle through the polder or pass the windmills of Kinderdijk.
You can rent a bike at the local bicycle shop ‘De Fietsen van Ambacht’. Here you can rent a bicycle for €12.50 per day or an electric bicycle for €25.00 per day. Are you bringing your own bicycle? The guests of the BnB can park these in the shed.
Frequently asked questions
Our reception is open from Sunday to Thursday until 3:00 PM and on Friday and Saturday until 5:00 PM. Are you expecting to arrive later? You can then check-in online. In the confirmation of your reservation, you will find the link for the 'Online check in'. On the day of arrival you'll receive an email with the code for the key safe for your room.
